Best thing I've found so far is JB Weld. That stuff is great. It's a 2 part epoxy with maybe some metal powder mixed in (I don't know.) Just Replacing a rivet seems very straightforward and there's a rivet gun on sale this week but I'm just not sure about this rivet since it's holding the strake.
